The key to being a good Supervisor is accomplishing the job by being able to lead a team. The 5 video Supervisor course and accompanying 73 page manual are designed for the new Supervisor who may not have been in that leadership position before or as a refresher for returning Supervisors. It starts by defining the Supervisor’s role by outlining a Supervisor’s responsibilities, required skills, and the problems routinely faced by the Supervisor.
